"My wife and I purchased our first home this year, & the process was made much easier because of the representation of Sondra McFeeters. The home we purchased was in the process of being built & that was exciting because we were able to pick colors & carpet/tile. Sondra volunteered to be present at each meeting we had & her experience proved to be helpful in our selections when it came to quality & coordination of colors.
We changed lenders part way through the process, & this caused us to be up against our deadline for having our funds secured. Sondra worked diligently with our new lender to help push the process through.
In all, I felt as if Sondra was truly working to get the best home for my wife and I, getting to know our likes and dislikes with location & style in mind. She was always in contact through e-mail or by phone & she was there at our closing & made sure we understood that process.

"I was the type of customer that most realtors would run from: not only was I limited in my funds for buying my first home, but I was also very particular about what I wanted. I was looking for a starter house that had plenty of potential, but would not need in-depth renovation right away. I wanted to live close to downtown Portland, yet I had a hard time finding houses I could afford in the areas I wanted to live in. In all truth, I was looking for a perfect deal in the perfect place that was charming, besides. Sondra McFeters was the one who made sure that the house I bought was the right one.
Sondra was not only patient & experienced as a realtor but she was also extremely knowledgeable. I found Sondra to be very easy to work with. She was able to accommodate my tricky schedule, which often involved seeing houses after 7pm on weeknights or during the weekend. She was also diligent about sending me listings the day they popped up, when there were so many people looking to jump on anything desirable. After a few months of my being extremely picky about location, size, and proximity to public transit, we found a great place and I had my first offer accepted. I?ve already referred Sondra to one co-worker, and I wouldn?t hesitate to do it again!
