"My wife and I purchased our first home this year, & the process was made much easier because of the representation of Sondra McFeeters. The home we purchased was in the process of being built & that was exciting because we were able to pick colors & carpet/tile. Sondra volunteered to be present at each meeting we had & her experience proved to be helpful in our selections when it came to quality & coordination of colors.
We changed lenders part way through the process, & this caused us to be up against our deadline for having our funds secured. Sondra worked diligently with our new lender to help push the process through.

I found Sondra to be very easy to work with. She was able to accommodate my tricky schedule, which often involved seeing houses after 7pm on weeknights or during the weekend. She was also diligent about sending me listings the day they popped up, when there were so many people looking to jump on anything desirable. After a few months of my being extremely picky about location, size, and proximity to public transit, we found a great place and I had my first offer accepted.
